Our Machine shop and tooling facilities enable us to cater a wide range of industries by delivering complex strategic and leverage products with high technical content. Our team is enhanced with CAD and CAM skills along with DNC facilities which enable us to have rapid and accurate development. This enables us to deliver precision turned parts and parts produced from Machining centres.

Our Assembly shop is equipped with pneumatic & electric hand tools, welding machines, cutting machines and de-burring equipments that enable us to perform assembly operations based on our customer requirements. We are a contract manufacturer and a valuable supply chain partner to our customers by delivering sorted and ready to assemble products to our customers production facilities.

Our Aluminium die casting foundry is capable of producing aluminium components ranging from 10 gms to 10 kg castings. We use solid modelling and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) in manufacturing our dies to reduce our development time. Since we have the complete range of CNC machines and tooling  in house our development time is lower and cost effectiveness is higher.

Typical aluminium components manufactured in-house include Cylinders, Impellers, Fans, Flanges, Horns, Elbows, Support brackets, Engine components, Housing covers for motors and transmission elements, Valves, Manifolds and Electrical housing components.
